Flawless In Final Fling Score

The Sandown Stud bred So Flawless made it back to back feature race wins when she ran out an emphatic winner of the G3 Econorisk Final Fling Stakes (1800m) at Kenilworth on Saturday.
Trained by Andre Nel, the four-year-old had captured the WSB Sign Up Now Ladies Mile last time out and connections were confident of another good effort on Saturday.

Once again ridden by Corne Orffer (who is unbeaten on the filly), So Flawless was always travelling well in the Final Fling Stakes, and, when Orffer, asked his mount the question, So Flawless quickly put the race to bed.
Hitting the front 200m from home, So Flawless raced away to score by three and a half lengths, with her classy stablemate Young Love well held in second spot.
With Saturday’s win, So Flawless took her tally of wins to five, with the Sandown Stud bred miss having also finished third in the 2021 Listed Breeders Guineas.
The filly has now earned more than R400 000 and she looks to be a very exciting broodmare prospect.
One of four graded stakes winners to have emerged from former Horse Of The Year Legislate’s small first crop, So Flawless is out of the Judpot mare Natural Beauty. The latter, in turn, is out of Sandown’s wonderful producer So Royal -dam of four stakes winners including the graded stakes winners Priceless Jewel and Royal Badge.
